The integral refurbishment of this house in Calle Bermudez in Estepona, working on a newly built townhouse on behalf of a client who wanted to live in a contemporary house in the old town of Estepona.
Terra Meridiana were approached by a client who bought a plot in the old town of Estepona and wished to build a new traditional property but with modern comforts.
They contacted us, and a local architect Ventura Morón who together, we have created a modern take on the traditional style of building in the area, just a couple of streets from the beach
This property at Calle Bermudez in Estepona. With the main difficulty of carrying out the work in such reduced spaces, carrying out conservation work on the main protected façade, demolition, debris removal and construction of the new structure with the use of heavy machinery is one of the main drawbacks to be overcome without interfering with the life of the locality and also meeting the promised deadlines.
